I bring experience from the other side of the relationship: developing government business cases, managing supplier contracts and holding delivery partners to account. That perspective helps me test whether a proposed approach is clear, credible and practical to deliver.

I am based in South Africa, working remotely with UK-hours alignment.
Most engagements are delivered remotely, providing flexibility, responsiveness and access to support regardless of location. Travel can be built in for workshops, key meetings and other moments where being in the room makes the difference.
